Samir incorporated APEX CE, formally known as CSEG in 2020, APEX CE has been
producing high quality engineering designs and project management for valued clients that continue to demand his services.
With over 15 years of experience in the Civil Engineering Industry with a focus on
Stormwater Management and Flood Mitigation, Samir has gained a wealth of
experience in leading the delivery of major projects for clients in the Property,
Transport, Education, Healthcare and Resources sectors throughout Australia.
To mention some projects, NorthConnex Tunneling, Pitt Street Station Upgrade,
Melbourne Rail upgrade to Melbourne Airport, Wagga Wagga Special Activation
Precinct, Mona Vale Road drainage upgrade, Rouse Hill Water Treatment Plant

His experience encompasses an impressive portfolio of – commercial, mixed used, retail and residential developments.
Samir has assisted some of the best architects, developers, and builders throughout Australia to obtain development approvals for complex projects. His can-do attitude has given him a reputation for technical brilliance in Development Applications, specifically in concept and detailed design, value engineering and peer reviews.
Prior to establishing APEX CE, Samir’s extensive experience was obtained through his employment in the public and private sector which enabled him to work with many reputable organizations and gain valuable experience across all sectors.
Today, with the assistance of a hand-picked team of passionate experts, Samir guides the business to achieve the objectives that are set out for the future of APEX CE.
